Barrier Spray Programs
Reclaim your outdoor living spaces with our seasonal barrier spray programs — dramatically reducing tick and mosquito populations so your family can enjoy your property all season long.
Why It Matters
Long Island's Hamptons and North Shore are among the highest-risk areas in the country for Lyme disease and other tick-borne illnesses. With deer tick populations at historic highs, protecting your family and pets requires a proactive, professionally managed program.
Our seasonal barrier spray program creates a protective perimeter around your property, targeting the wooded edges, ornamental beds, and ground cover where ticks and mosquitoes harbor — so you can use your patio, lawn, and garden without worry.

Program Details
Our standard program includes 5–7 applications from March through October, timed to target peak tick nymph and adult activity as well as mosquito breeding cycles.
We use only EPA-registered, licensed-applicator products. Our formulations are selected for efficacy against target pests while minimizing impact on beneficial insects like pollinators.
We treat the full property perimeter, wooded edges, ornamental beds, and known harborage areas — the zones where ticks and mosquitoes live, breed, and wait for a host.
Every application is performed by a state-licensed pesticide applicator. We carry full liability insurance and maintain detailed application records for every visit.
We follow all label re-entry intervals and will advise you on the appropriate waiting period before children and pets return to treated areas — typically 30–60 minutes after drying.
As an add-on to our spray program, we offer tick tube placement — biodegradable tubes filled with permethrin-treated cotton that mice carry to their nests, treating ticks at the source.

Common Questions
For most residential properties, a full barrier spray application takes 30–60 minutes. We ask that you and your family (and pets) remain indoors or away from treated areas until the product has dried, typically 30–45 minutes.
We apply treatments in the early morning or evening when pollinators are least active, and we avoid direct application to flowering plants. Our product selection prioritizes formulations with reduced impact on beneficial insects.
No. Our licensed technicians are background-checked and fully insured. We will leave a service confirmation at your door and send a digital report after each visit.
Yes. Tick tube placement is available as an add-on service and is most effective when combined with our barrier spray program. We recommend placement in early spring and again in late summer.
